- trust deeds,
- company records,
- beneficial ownership information,
- source of funds or source of wealth information,
- and other supporting documentation required for verification purposes.
We may use electronic verification systems and third-party data sources to verify identity information where permitted by law.
Ongoing Due Diligence
We may be required to undertake ongoing monitoring of our professional relationship with you, including requesting updated identification or additional information from time to time.
You agree to promptly notify us of any material changes to:
- ownership,
- control,
- trustees,
- directors,
- beneficiaries,
- business activities,
- or other relevant circumstances.
Refusal or Delay of Services
Where sufficient information is not provided to satisfy our AML/CTF obligations, we may:
- decline to commence work,
- suspend services,
- cease acting,
- or delay completion of services until satisfactory information is provided.
We will not be liable for any loss, cost, delay, or consequence arising from compliance with our AML/CTF obligations.
Privacy & Disclosure
Information collected for AML/CTF purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
In certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose information to regulatory or government authorities without notice to you where required or authorised by law.
Costs Associated with AML/CTF Compliance
Additional work required to satisfy AML/CTF obligations, including complex verification procedures, beneficial ownership tracing, or enhanced due diligence, may result in additional fees. We will advise you where practicable if additional charges are likely to arise.
